Design a platform for older adults and their loved ones to book essential home services like housekeeping, meal prep, and house care services like window cleaning. The app should be, and provides packages to clients based on their needs.

  • Payment and Billing Section with Transactions Overview and Stripe Integration


  • The app should be scalable, and provide selection of service packages to clients based on their needs.

1) Gather data on current trends in service booking apps and platforms, study existing mental models specific to target age demographic of 65+


2) Conduct competitive analysis into existing apps like TaskRabbit and Angi to gage some common UI patterns and flows


3) Based on findings, design low fidelity user flows with contextual edge cases covered


3) Review low fidelity designs with the business team, collect feedback, thoughts, and suggestions


4) Create a style guide in Figma, following provided brand guidelines, and start making components to accommodate user flows


5) Move onto high fidelity screens with weekly stakeholder review and feedback sessions
